[0:00] Thank you.

[0:30] This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad. Any kids want to sing, they're welcome. Come join us. This is the day that the Lord has made.

[0:51] Let us rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day that the Lord has made.

[1:09] Let us rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day that the Lord has made.

[1:23] Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

[1:53] We serve dinner every week. We would love to have you help support that. The second is our chicken barbecue. Pastor Sherry, would you like to speak?

[2:06] The chicken barbecue is coming up next Saturday. If there are some things that you can do to help with that, that's on the clipboard. They would appreciate that, especially since their car wash got rained out another time.

[2:18] So if you can help them with that, they're really trying to figure out how they can make their way on their mission trip. The trip to the zoo has been postponed until this fall. And so I just want to mention that.

[2:29] And next week after worship, we're going to be having a reception for Pastor Bob's retirement. He's going to be staying with us at a very part-time capacity. But if you want to celebrate with Pastor Bob, that will be next week in the late service.

[2:41] Thank you. Lord, we do thank you for this morning. We pray your blessing upon everything that we do. That you'll be with us. That you'll be with us in the music. With us in the celebration and in the worship.

[2:52] Help us to praise you in all that we do. And fix the music. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[3:03] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[3:36] Amen. Amen. Amen.

[3:47] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[3:58] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you.

[4:36] Glory to you, to you. Glory to you, to you. Glory to you.

[4:47] Honor and praise, all of thy name. I'll sing glory to you. Glory to you, to you.

[5:02] Glory to you, to you. Glory to you, honor and praise, all of thy name.

[5:14] I'll sing glory to you. Glory to you. Glory to you.

[5:27] Glory to you. Glory to you.

[5:41] Glory to you. I'd like to invite you, if you're able, to stand as we're going to sing together, Blessed Assurance, Jesus is Mine.

[6:03] Blessed Assurance, Jesus is Mine. Oh, what a foretaste of glory divine.

[6:15] Heir of salvation, purchase of God. Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.

[6:26] This is my story, this is my song. Raising my Savior all the day long.

[6:38] This is my story, this is my song. Raising my Savior all the day long.

[6:51] Perfect submission, perfect delight. Visions of rapture, now burst on my sight.

[7:03] Angels descending, ring from above. Echoes of mercy, whispers of love.

[7:14] This is my story, this is my song. Praising my Savior all the day long.

[7:26] This is my story, this is my song. Praising my Savior all the day long.

[7:38] Perfect submission, all is at rest. I, in my Savior, I am happy and blessed.

[7:51] With Him waiting, looking above. Filled with His goodness, lost in His love.

[8:02] This is my story, this is my song. Praising my Savior all the day long.

[8:14] This is my story, this is my song. Praising my Savior all the day long.

[8:26] The Lord be with you. Take a moment, if you will, and greet your neighbor with the peace of the spirit. I'd like to invite the children to come up at this time, if they'd like to.

[8:38] Any other kids want to come up and join me?

[9:04] Anybody know what this is? It is a guitar. You know why I play the guitar? Because I wasn't any good at the violin. Every time I played the violin, it sounded kind of like that.

[9:20] So I decided I was better off playing the guitar. But you know, sometimes I make mistakes. I'm supposed to play this note, and I play this note. And then, you know, people who are trying to sing will look at me like, What?

[9:34] That was wrong. You ever make a mistake? Everyone makes mistakes. So should I stop playing the guitar because sometimes I make a mistake, do you think? No, because then nobody plays the guitar.

[9:45] All right, we've got to have that. Right? So the thing is, is God doesn't expect us to be perfect. He doesn't expect us to go through life without making a mistake or even to sing without getting off.

[9:56] He just expects us to be faithful to Him and sing to Him and be a blessing before Him. Okay? And if we make a mistake, we just say, sorry, Lord, and play another note.

[10:07] Okay? What do you guys think for this morning? Raise your hand if you want to share something. My mom and dad. My grandpa. Friends and family. Family.

[10:21] My family. My grandma and grandpa. What's that?

[10:35] All right, let's pray. Lord, we do thank you for the blessings you are in our life. We thank you for all the joys you give to us. Help us always to just be faithful and blessed and share with you everything we do.

[10:49] In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Okay, you guys can all go out to church school. Kids are welcome to go out to church school now. I'd like to. Good morning.

[11:15] Music. I love music. I love music so much. It's such a wonderful thing. When I was bringing my kids up when they were small, you try to teach them the scriptures. You know, you try to teach them to learn their memory verses and all that.

[11:27] I found all kinds of resources back when they were small that were songs. Songs that were scripture verses and they learned to sing them. You know, I still remember a lot of those scripture verses today. Every single one of them as I think about them.

[11:40] John and Charles Wesley deliberately made an effort that those hymns that are in our hymnal, they're not songs about Jesus. They really are teaching the doctrine of the church and they're teaching us who God is in our lives and what we believe.

[11:57] And that's one of the reasons why they were singing. And music brings us such joy in our hearts. The scripture teaches us the joy of the Lord is our strength.

[12:08] Amen? And when we make a joyful noise to the Lord, doesn't it lift our spirits every single time? Amen. So we give thanks this morning for all of the music that God has blessed us with in our lives.

[12:21] The music that God has blessed us with in this church to enrich us and teach us and give us joy. Every single music group, every musician, every singer, and everybody who sings during worship.

[12:33] We give thanks and praise to God for you and for your ministry. Amen. And let's bring our gifts, tithes, and offerings before the Lord. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[13:33] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[14:13] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[14:24] Amen. Amen. Lord, I've sinned and died Now, now, be aside Everything I've attempted I count it all as hot Lead me to Christ May I love for now Lead me to my knees, Lord, I'll hide me down Lead me of myself, Lord, I'll go to you Oh, lead me Lead me to Christ To your heart

[15:30] To your heart Lead me to your heart Lead me to your heart Lead me to Christ May I love for now Lead me to my knees, Lord, I'll hide me down Lead me of myself, I belong to you Oh, lead me Lead me to the cross Boss Grappled Lamb of all Workers in trouble

[16:38] Praise to thevetous Praise Him, my gracious, dear Lord. Praise Him, my holy heavenly Lord.

[16:51] Praise Him, my Son, and only Lord. Amen. Dear Heavenly Father, we give you thanks and praise for this day and for the opportunity to gather and worship you.

[17:10] We ask, Lord God, that you bless this offering. Give us wisdom to know how to best use it for the furtherance of your kingdom. We pray, Lord God, that many will be drawn to salvation in Jesus Christ because of the work that you have called this church to do.

[17:25] It is in Jesus' name that we pray. Amen. Please be seated. I know we have folks who have not been feeling well, and we have folks who have been in and out of the hospital.

[17:46] I know Jianfe is in rehab, and Bonnie Frank went home, I think, yesterday, and Bob is looking after her today. And we have heard that Phil Kymkubiak's dad passed away, so we want to keep the Kymkubiak family in our prayers as well.

[18:03] With these concerns and the concerns and joys in our hearts, let's go to the Lord in prayer, knowing that He hears us, knowing that He answers us. Heavenly Father, we are so glad, glad and grateful to be in your presence.

[18:35] Lord God, we know that your word promises that you inhabit the praises of your people, and that when we pray in Jesus' name, you hear and answer us.

[18:52] Lord God, we rest in that. We find joy and peace in that. We are grateful for all of your mercies that are new every morning.

[19:04] We thank you for your grace by your Spirit, you reach down and touch us and work in us and through us in our lives, and we ask for your Spirit now.

[19:17] Touch those people who need help. Those people who are sick and infirm, bring them healing, Lord. All of those folks who are caring for them, who are struggling to know how to best do that.

[19:37] how to be your hands and feet, how to be your love and mercy with those who are in need. Father, we pray for those who are grieving losses.

[19:53] We just ask that you touch them, Lord. Keep the joy in their hearts that is you alive. Give them comfort as they are missing those who are no longer here with them.

[20:12] We pray, Lord God, for all of those who are having financial difficulties, who are in need of a job, who are in need of some kind of an increase so that they can care for their families.

[20:27] and just ask you to pour out your blessings and draw them to yourself that they would seek you and have wisdom to know how to handle the things of this life.

[20:42] We pray, Lord God, for all of those people that you have called to minister in this world. Lord, and Lord, we know that your word teaches that that's every one of us.

[21:01] There is no one who calls Jesus Christ Savior and Lord who is not called in some way to reach out to bless other people, to share their faith in Jesus Christ and offer the opportunity for others to come and know Jesus' love in their lives too.

[21:28] Thank you, Lord, for all of the blessing that music has brought to our lives. We thank you for the messages through the music itself and through the words that are sung.

[21:44] Let that, to this day, combine with the word as it is spoken and the message that Pastor Tom brings for us that you have given him. Let it all wash over us and transform us.

[22:00] Let it teach us to be your people and to be a blessing to everyone we meet. In Jesus' name we pray.

[22:13] Amen. Amen. Shall we hear from the word of the Lord? Amen.

[22:23] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[22:33] Good morning.

[22:55] Good morning. Scripture lesson this morning is Psalm 150. Praise God in his sanctuary. Praise him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power.

[23:07] Praise him for his surpassing greatness. Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet. Praise him with the harp and lyre. Praise him with timbrel and dancing.

[23:19] Praise him with the strings and pipe. Praise him with the clash of cymbals. Praise him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

[23:30] This is the word of the Lord. Thanks be to God. Praise him with the harp and cymbal and cymbal and the tapere.

[23:43] Welcome to the harp. The harp and lyre Amen, amen, amen.

[24:04] Amen, amen. Amen, amen, amen.

[24:24] Amen, amen, amen. Everybody sing. Amen, amen. Sing together now.

[24:36] Amen, amen, amen. Sing a little baby, Lying in a manger.

[24:50] Amen, amen. On Christmas morning. Amen, amen. Sing it in the temple.

[25:04] Amen, amen. Talking with the elders. Amen, amen. And holding the hand of. Amen, amen.

[25:19] Amen, amen. Amen, amen. Amen, amen.

[25:32] Amen, amen. Amen, amen. Sing at the seashore. Amen.

[25:44] Amen, amen.

[25:57] In the garden. Amen to his Father. Amen with sorrow. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[26:18] Amen. Everybody sing. Amen. Everybody sing. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[26:39] Amen. Yes, He died to save us. Amen. And He rose and He sang. Amen. Now He died forever. Amen. Amen.

[27:01] Now He died forever. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[27:22] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. How about hallelujah? Hallelujah. Have you ever been to a football game or a concert? When you're going there, out in the parking lot, there's an excitement. People are kind of in a hurry to get there. They don't want to come in and miss the beginning.

[27:49] You know? And then as you're going through the styles, you can feel the sense of, oh, that's an urgency. And there's stuff going on. And people saying hello. Actually, they're trying to sell you something. But it's still exciting. And it's cool. And it's fun. Right?

[28:03] And then you get to the event itself. And people are shouting. They're singing. They're excited. They're anticipating the moment that the stars step on to the stage.

[28:18] Whether it be the quarterback backing up and fading for that. Or it's the star interception. Or it could be that the opening act comes on. It gets you all warmed up. And then all of a sudden, the star shows up. And everybody goes, yeah!

[28:38] Church is like that, in a way. Out in the parking lot, we're excited. We don't want to be late. We're kind of hurrying to get into the place. Somebody says hello to you. Good morning. How you doing?

[28:51] You know? And there's sort of this kind of buzz going around. And you get in the sanctuary and you're kind of excited. And then somebody says, you're in my seat. Somebody else says, do you keep that kid quiet? Somebody else says, you know, this is a place of worship. You're not supposed to look like that.

[29:08] You're not supposed to act like that. You're not supposed to. Why are you standing up when you're supposed to sit down? Why are you sitting down when you're supposed to stand up? What's the matter with you? And all of a sudden, you feel this. Like the spirit went out. And the truth is, the spirit went out.

[29:25] It's not our spirit that goes out. It's God's spirit that goes out when that happened. This psalm, Psalm 100, is a psalm in three acts. Two verses, two verses, and one verse.

[29:36] The first verse says, shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him with joyful songs. Beatles, make me wanna.

[29:50] Oh, wow. You really put that right out there, didn't you? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You notice how we've been conditioned that in church, we're not supposed to be too loud.

[30:01] We're not supposed to sing it. We're a little off key. I guarantee you at the football stadiums, when they're filled with the spirits, they're singing and they don't care what anybody's doing.

[30:13] Oh, bring me right out. They don't care. We come before our God. That's it. No. Can't do this. Gotta keep it quiet.

[30:24] And there's a place. There's a place for it, right? In the middle of the prayer, you don't wanna hear people shouting and going crazy and disturbing the sense of holiness and the awe of God.

[30:35] There's some spots where we wanna experience the wonderful stillness and quiet of God. But there's other places where we wanna feel the excitement.

[30:45] We wanna feel the power of God. We wanna know that God is here. Amen? Amen. We wanna know that God says it's okay to make a joyful.

[30:57] Now, in another song, it says a joyful noise. I want you to think about this. Those babies make noises.

[31:09] Have you ever noticed that? People tell me that they actually make disturbing noises. I've never heard it. Really, honestly, I've never heard it. Babies can wail on and on.

[31:20] I don't hear them at all. I don't. To me, I guess it's just some kind of mental block. Maybe it's mental. I don't know. Or black. Both are possible, right?

[31:31] But what I do know is this. I know that hearing those babies cry out to God is a sound that almost any church in America would die to have happening in their congregations.

[31:46] Would love to know that there's children that get up and run around when they're supposed to, that make noise or somehow. I'm not saying you shouldn't control your kids, but come on.

[31:56] Aren't we glad that we have kids who will make a joyful noise to the Lord in our congregation? Absolutely. So today, we are here to sing.

[32:07] We are here to make a noise. We are here to be heard by God that He is our God. God, and we're not ashamed of it. Anymore than we're ashamed of, we go to a concert or a football game.

[32:21] I don't want you to strip down and start wearing weird colors on your body. We're going to celebrate God. Amen. It's all about bringing people together and worshiping God through music and song.

[32:38] So we would love if you would stand with us. We've got the words on the wall. If you know, sing with us. If you don't, clap, but make a joyful noise. Find you. Thank you. Thank you.

[32:48] There's a reason why I bring you this simple offering Pouring out my love to you Though my heart cannot express All this joy and gratefulness Still I sing a song of love and thanks and praise It's because I'm forgiven It's because I'm free It's because you showed me mercy And you believed in me

[33:48] It's because you are my Savior It's because you are my friend And you'll earn this me higher Than I've ever been Oh the wonder of your ways Oh the measure of your grace Greater than my heart can know So how could I not celebrate How could I not bless your name I'm giving out a song of love and thanks and praise Oh yeah Oh yeah It's because I'm forgiven It's because I'm free It's because you showed me mercy

[34:51] And you believed in me It's because you are my Savior It's because you are my friend And you'll earn this me higher Than I've ever been It's because you are my Savior It's because you are my friend And you'll earn this me higher Than I've ever been So much higher Higher than I've ever been It's because you are my friend Because I'm forgiving It's because I'm forgiven It's because I'm forgiven It's because I am free It's because I'm forgiven It's because I am free

[35:57] Agree Agree If you're new today, we don't do this every week.

[36:25] We do music every week, and we do great music like this every week, but we don't do this every week. This is the week we're showcasing a lot of our music for ourselves to worship God.

[36:38] But what I notice is some of you are all excited about it, and some of you are like, Will it end? When will it end? I know that. And you know why?

[36:49] It's because we're afraid that somebody's going to see us do something out of, you know, perfect character. If we stand like this, nobody is going to say anything about us, really.

[37:02] Nobody's going to say anything to us either, right? But the truth of the matter is, we do that because we're concerned about what people will think of us.

[37:13] This middle passage, well, let me just share a story. I was at a conference this last week of all our Methodists, and I know a number of people there, probably hundreds.

[37:24] There's also probably a couple thousand, I don't know. You ever been in a crowd like that? And so sometimes we'd be like in the dining hall or something like that, and I'd see somebody I know, and they'd be like this.

[37:36] Right? You ever have that happen? And so you'd go like this, and then they'd walk past you, and you'd go like this. Really? Really? I thought it was about me.

[37:50] Oh, I am so defeated, right? Right? Because, you see, we've kind of set ourselves up for this. We've decided it's all about us. You deserve a break.

[38:01] You should have. You should get. We have iPhones, iPads, i-everything. In this psalm, it says to us, in verse 3, know that it is the Lord who is God.

[38:16] It's He who made us, and we are His. We are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His courts with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise.

[38:30] Give thanks to Him and praise His name. Pick up the word. It's about God. It's never about us.

[38:43] It's never about us. That's what we come to worship for, to get a huge dose of humility. You should come into this place and feel like I did when somebody waved and walked past me.

[38:56] As you realize, oh, wow, I'm not the son of the universe. Whoa. I'm so shocked and surprised. I thought it was about me.

[39:09] But it's not. Some people will say, well, I don't like that kind of music. Who cares? Whoever said it was about you. Well, I don't like it when you do that.

[39:20] Well, I don't care. This has nothing to do with you. But, well, maybe I won't come. Well, we weren't inviting you. We were inviting Him. You want to come along?

[39:31] That's great. We'd like you to be here. We'd love you to be joining us in the journey. But it's not about you. You're not the audience.

[39:43] One person who's the audience. That's God above. Which is why, by the way, I've been to churches where they say, only the best can ever do music in the church.

[39:55] Because God deserves our best. I've been to those churches. I went to one church. They have 10,000 people attend their church every week. Do you know how many people they let sing? There's only one out of 10,000 people that are good at it.

[40:11] Because if you get down to who's the best, it usually becomes one. And typically, we start to think the focus is about me, don't we?

[40:23] But when we start to realize God is the audience, then we realize it's really all about sincerity, isn't it? So I will guarantee you that in the course of this morning, you'll probably hear somebody sing off-key. You'll probably hear somebody miss a note.

[40:36] Me. You'll probably hear somebody who doesn't get it right. Those are points of celebration. You understand? Because it's at that point that we remember that whoever we are, whatever we are, if we give what we are to God, God is going.

[40:55] Hallelujah. Amen. Praise the Lord. Go out there and make a joyful noise unto the Lord. Amen? Hallelujah. Praise the Lord.

[41:07] Praise the Lord. That's what that was said. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. That's what that was said. Thank you. Thank you. If you have a story for, thank you.

[41:18] Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

[41:31] Thank you. Thank you. I hear the sound of a mighty Russian rain And it's closer now than it's ever been I can almost hear the trumpet As Gabriel sounds the call At the midnight cry We'll be going home

[42:31] When Jesus steps out I come to call His children The dead in front shall rise To meet Him in the air And then those that we came Shall we quickly change At the midnight cry At the midnight cry When Jesus comes again I look around me

[43:48] I see prophecies fulfill And signs of the times They're appearing everywhere I can almost hear the trumpet As He says, Son, get your children At the midnight cry The midnight cry The bright of Christ will rise When Jesus sets up I come to call His children A deading fright shall rise

[44:53] To be near in the air And that those that remain Shall be quickly changed At the midnight cry in our hearts When Jesus comes again And that those that remain Shall be quickly changed At the midnight cry When Jesus comes again At the midnight cry

[45:57] When Jesus comes again Under the air Under the air This conference I went to was in New York, okay?

[46:22] So we have to take a long drive. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This conference I went to was in New York, okay?

[46:38] I'm going to tell you that over the years One of the favorite places for me to be in life Is driving in the car. I know some of you would say, what? That's nuts. When I got my wife in the car, Nobody could bother us.

[46:54] Nobody could talk to us. Nobody could interrupt us. Nobody. Nobody. I hate these things. I hate them. You know, now you get in the car with somebody You go to have a conversation in there.

[47:09] Really put it away. Where do we have time? Where do we have time? I'm away from it. We make time. We make time.

[47:20] I love to be with my wife. It's my favorite thing to do. It's to spend time with my wife. I love it. 40 years. I love being with my wife. That's what love is.

[47:31] And I love being with God. People will tell me they can be with God anywhere. Are you with God anywhere? You're all going to go and have fun this summer.

[47:42] I know that, okay? That's why we went to two services Because a lot of people, they're off doing things, right? Are you going to make space for God? Well, I can worship God on the golf course. Do you?

[47:53] Really? And I'm not talking about, Please, Lord, let me make this pot. I don't mean that. Do you worship God at the beach? Do you worship God with your family?

[48:06] Now, some of you actually go to churches, other churches. I'm going to suggest something. I'm not going to suggest something. Let's do this. Bring a bulletin. You know, bring a bulletin. Or if they don't have bulletins, bring something.

[48:17] A scrap of paper. Don't go sneaking in on Monday to take one from a church. Bring one from a worship service. We're going to put them up on a bulletin board And just see where our people have gone to church. That'd be cool, don't you think? See, the problem is, is that we don't go into the sanctuary.

[48:32] And so we don't find a place where we can just focus our hearts, our lives, our souls on God. And so we don't receive the promise. Because, you see, this passage is about what we should do. Come into this courts with thanksgiving and praise and make a wonderful, joyful expression to God.

[48:49] Remember who God is. That we're here for Him and not us. And then it comes with a promise in the last verse. For the Lord is good. And His love endures forever.

[49:01] His faithfulness continues through all generations. Everything that you have been working on all this time in your life thinking is so important.

[49:11] All of it can fail you. I don't want to disappoint you or discourage you. My parents have passed away. I love my parents.

[49:23] They were wonderful and faithful to me, but they're gone. You never know when your family is going to move across the country or around the world. Or your friends are going to leave you or disappoint you. You don't know when your job is going to suddenly disappear.

[49:35] We don't know when our bank account will all of a sudden not be there anymore. I've always counted on my body to serve me well. And now I find little by little it's not.

[49:47] Some of us struggle with loved ones where the mind's not even working anymore. All the things that we count on in life, all the things that we think are going to make us strong and give us power and glory, the only one that will endure and be with us forever, is the God we come worship in this place.

[50:12] So let's make it a glorious day. Let's celebrate to God. Let's remember whose we are. And let's experience the wonderful power of a God who wants to be here with you today.

[50:24] He came here to meet with you. One day when heaven was still near His praises, One day when sin was as bad as could be, Jesus came born to be born of a virgin, Throws among men, my example is He.

[51:08] Word became flesh and light shined among us, His glory revealed. Let Him be loving, dying be saving, Bury me, carry my sins far away, Rising in just, I'm free forever.

[51:34] One day He's coming, O glory of sin, O glory of sin. One day they built Him a Calvary's mountain, One day they built Him to die on a tree, Suffering, anguish, despised and rejected, Bury our sins, my Redeemer is He.

[52:11] And that humiliation, Dreads out on a tree, And took the nails for me, Hailing in not me, Dying in saving, Dying in carrying, Dying in carrying, My sins far away, Rising in just, I'm free forever.

[61:53] Day is the day Day is the day Day is the day Day is the day We're here to celebrate A living God Now I know some people Like this music Some people like other music Some people like kids music We like all of it You know why?

[62:37] Because we want to bring Everybody The whole family The whole community Of this earth Before our living God And so We tolerate people That aren't like us Don't think like us Don't act like us Because it's not about So, let's take our prayer to God and confess who we are.

[62:57] Dear God in heaven, forgive us when we focus on us. Forgive us when we think it's all about us. Forgive us when we sin.

[63:12] Help us to do what's right. Help us to worship you. To honor you. To remember you. That we might have you with us.

[63:26] Now. Now forever. Amen. Jesus wanted to meet with you today.

[63:39] Jesus planned on coming to this place to spend some time with you. He was hoping that somewhere along the line, you'd let your heart open up to him.

[63:50] Just a little bit. And let him sneak in. So he could be there forever. Today, God has chosen you.

[64:02] Because you've chosen him. In the name of Jesus Christ, your sins are forgiven. In the name of Jesus Christ, your sins are forgiven. Glory to God. Amen. Amen.

[64:17] Amen. The splendor of the King.

[64:30] Lord, He wraps himself in love, and darkness tries to hide, and trembles at his voice, and trembles at his voice.

[64:58] Our prayer is our God, simply to cover it, is our God, and always say our prayer, our prayer, is our God.

[65:19] Age to age he stands, and time is in his hand, beginning and the end, beginning and the end.

[65:37] The God that free in one, God and spirit's heart, the line and the land, the line and the land.

[65:54] Our prayer is our God, simply to cover it, is our God, and always say our prayer, our prayer, is our God.

[66:14] Amen. How great is our God.

[66:56] How great, how great is our God.

[67:14] Amen. Amen. Our God loves us so much. We come and we gather and we worship because God is worthy of our praise.

[67:30] Amen. And God loves us so much that he sent Jesus. And we remember that. We remember that in this sacrament of Holy Communion, but we do more than remember through this sacrament.

[67:47] In this sacrament, we meet with Jesus. When we come forward to receive the bread and the cup, we receive Jesus.

[67:58] We come saying, Lord, I love you so much, I want you in my life. Lord, I love you so much, I want you in my heart. Lord, I love you so much.

[68:12] I know I need you more than I need anything else. Everyone is welcome at the table. If you love God, repent of your sin, and you seek to live in peace as a disciple of Jesus Christ, you're welcome at the table this morning.

[68:30] It doesn't matter if you're a member of this church or not. It doesn't matter if you're a member of any church. All that matters is that this morning, somehow, God has revealed himself to you.

[68:46] And God has touched your heart. And you want to come. You want to come running into Jesus' arms. Jesus will let you do that.

[68:59] God invites you to do that. So come, even if it's your first time here and you've never been here before, you are welcome to come and receive. And when you come, you can trust that God will meet you and that you will receive him.

[69:16] It is a blessing to be in the presence of God. Amen. The Lord be with you. Lift up your hearts. Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.

[69:30] It is right and a good and joyful thing, always and everywhere to give thanks to you, Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. You formed us in your image and breathed into us the breath of life.

[69:43] When we turned away and our love failed, your love remained steadfast. You delivered us from captivity, made covenant to be our sovereign God, and spoke to us through your prophets.

[69:56] And so with your people on earth and all the company of heaven, we praise your name and join in their unending hymn. Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of your glory.

[70:13] Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Holy are you and blessed is your son, Jesus Christ.

[70:25] Your spirit anointed him to preach good news to the poor, to proclaim release to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, and to announce that the time had come when you would save your people.

[70:40] He healed the sick, fed the hungry, and ate with sinners. By the baptism of the suffering and death and resurrection, you gave birth to your church, delivered us from slavery to sin and death, and made with us a new covenant by water and the Spirit.

[70:58] When the Lord Jesus ascended, he promised to be with us always in the power of your word and your Holy Spirit. On the night in which he gave himself up for us, he took bread and he gave thanks to you.

[71:13] He broke the bread and gave it to his disciples, saying, take and eat. This is my body, which is given for you.

[71:24] Do this in remembrance of me. And when the supper was over, he took the cup.

[71:38] He gave you thanks and praise, and he gave it to his disciples, saying, Drink from this, all of you. This is the cup of my blood, the blood of the new covenant, poured out for you, poured out for many, for the forgiveness of sin.

[71:54] Do this as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me. And so, in remembrance of these, your mighty acts in Jesus Christ, we offer ourselves, in praise and thanksgiving, as a holy and living sacrifice, in union with Christ's offering for us, as we proclaim the mystery of faith.

[72:21] Christ is God. Christ is risen. Christ will come again. Pour out your Holy Spirit on us gathered here. And on these gifts of bread and wine, make them be for us the body and blood of Christ, that we may be for the world, the body of Christ, redeemed by his blood.

[72:45] By your Spirit, make us one with Christ, one with each other, and one in ministry to all the world, until Christ comes in final victory, and we feast at his heavenly banquet.

[72:59] Through your Son, Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit in your Holy Church, all honor and glory is yours, Almighty Father, now and forever. Amen. Shall we pray together, with the confidence of children of God, who loves us so much, the prayer Jesus taught.

[73:17] Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

[73:30] Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

[73:45] For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen. Will those who are serving, please come forward. Amen. Amen.

[74:32] Amen. Amen.

[75:27] As Pastor Lisa said, the table of the Lord is open to everyone. This may be your first time with us, that's alright. It's not us who invites you to the table, it's God. This is his house. And God wants all his children, to feast at the table with them.

[75:40] This is where we say, I'm yours to God. This is where we come before God, and say, I want you in my life. I want you to be my God. So come and join us at the table today.

[75:50] Come and join us if you wish, at the rail, for prayers for healing, and anointing, to light a candle. Come and join us with more. Thank you.
